Church Picnic
Sunday, September 16 4:30 pm Twin Lakes Shelter on Chapel Hill Road All are invited! Each family is asked to bring a side dish or dessert. Fun and games for all.
Dessert First
Mom used to say we had to eat what was on our plates before we had dessert.

Women's Luncheon Groups
This group is open to all members and friends of FPC. Bring your appetite and join us for lunch. We share rides on our out of town trips. Call Kathleen Brown at 445-7498 by the Monday before the scheduled lunches to make your reservations. (See The Epistle for current listings of planned lunches.)
Men's Morning Group
The church’s Men's Breakfast Group meets at B&B Bagel, 124 E. Nifong Blvd. on Tuesday mornings. There is no agenda at these meetings, just fellowship and everyone is welcome. People start arriving around 6:30 a.m. and you are welcome to stay as long as you’d like.
Softball
Our co-ed softball team plays in the summer and fall. Call the church office for more information.
Volleyball
