UKIRK is a student faith community of the Presbyterian Church (USA) serving the colleges and universities of Columbia, MO including Columbia College, Stephens College, and the University of Missouri. Our name means "University Church"- "Kirk" is an old Scots-English word for Church. Mostly, we are participants and leaders in the larger church, and we host events to support the well-being and faith explorations of students on their educational and vocational journey.
Fall Events
Students are welcome to join any of our ordinary intergenerational church groups and events, like picnics, mission projects, book club, Hand Bell Choir, Chancel Choir, etc. The events listed here are created specifically with the intention of supporting students and learning from their leadership!

Come kick off the Mid Missouri Pride Fest Weekend with a panel discussion and questions in the Chez Coffee House. Enter through the South Church Entrance, you can park in our lot if you're early! Doors open at 6:30pm with Coffee, Iced Tea, and Pie.

The President of Columbia Theological Seminary, Rev. Dr. Victor Aloyo, will be visiting us as our Haseman Lecture speaker. We want any students who are curious about seminary to have a chance to speak with him, so feel free to join us for this special lunch with our UKIRK students and mentors.
