Empowering lives, and Encouraging each other.
What We Believe
We are Christians. We worship One God in Three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe that Jesus Christ, the Son of God, is fully human and fully divine. His life, death, and resurrection saves us from sin and death.
We are Protestant Christians. We believe that God saves us from sin and death by grace alone, and not because of any good deeds we do. We receive God's grace through faith in Jesus Christ. We believe that the Bible is the inspired Word of God and the final authority for what we should believe and how we should live.
We are Reformed Christians. Our congregation is led by an ordained Minister of the Word and Sacrament/Teaching Elder and laity ordained Ruling Elders. We strive to be good stewards of God's gifts by living generously. We seek justice for all, peace between nations, and the transformation of society.
We belong to the Presbyterian Church (USA), the largest Presbyterian denomination in the country. We believe that God calls people regardless of sexual orientation and gender identity to all ministries in the church, including ordained ministry.
